Methodology
How we compare deals
The rules behind every number on bemobiles.
Updated 25 October 2026 · bemobiles editorial team · How we compare
Total cost
Total cost = upfront payment + monthly payment × contract length, as supplied by the retailer. It is the default ranking on phone pages because it is the figure that reflects what you actually spend.
Price rises
Where a network adds a fixed amount every April (EE: 31 March), we show the amount in pounds next to the deal and in our network tables. Retailer totals may not include future rises, so we show them separately rather than guess.
Network facts
Price rises, EU roaming allowances, credit checks, eSIM and Wi-Fi Calling support are checked against network websites, Ofcom publications and trade press, and reviewed every month. Each page shows the date it was last checked.
Which deals appear
Deals come from UK retailers via our data partner. Featured cards show the lowest total cost (phones) or the lowest monthly price meeting a stated data minimum (SIM only). We do not hand-pick deals for commission.
Phone specifications
Screen size, battery, storage, weight and dimensions come from our data partner. We only add other specifications where we can cite a manufacturer source.
